📅 Tournament Dates

  • Event Dates: Saturday, May 17 – Saturday, May 24, 2025
  • Opening Ceremony: Friday, May 16 (~5:00 PM) at Palm Beach Gardens Tennis Center (combined with Team Medal Ceremony)
  • Official Player Dinner: Tuesday, May 20 from 6–8 PM
    • Players: $25 | Guests: $35
    • Reserve and pay by Sunday, May 18 at the tournament desk

📝 Entry & Draw Information

  • Entry Deadline: Monday, May 12 at 10:00 GMT
  • Enter via: ITF IPIN Account
  • Entry Fee: $160 (includes entry + IPIN fee)
  • Players may enter up to 3 events (1 singles, 1 doubles, 1 mixed)

🧾 Draws & Match Format

  • Singles Draws: Posted by Thursday, May 15 (6:00 PM)
  • Doubles Draws: Posted by Friday, May 16 (6:00 PM)
  • Daily Order of Play: Posted by 7:30 PM the night before
  • Formats:
    • Singles: Best of 3 tiebreak sets
    • Doubles & Bonus Draws: 2 sets + 10-point match tiebreak

🏟 Venues & Court Surface

All matches will be played on Har-Tru courts at:

  • Palm Beach Gardens Tennis & Pickleball Center (18 courts)
  • The Country Club at Mirasol (12 courts)

🎾 Practice & Equipment

  • Practice courts: First-come, not reservable
  • Practice balls: Provided with refundable deposit
  • Match Ball: Wilson US Open Regular Duty
  • Stringing Service: $29 (labor only)

🏥 Player Services

  • Physio & On-Court Treatment: Provided by Baptist Health
  • Massage Therapy: On-site at both venues
    • Appointments and walk-ups available
  • Accreditation Pickup: May 16–18 at PBG Tennis Center
  • Player badge required for venue access at Mirasol
